On the other hand, IRISnet continued to optimize IOBCscan-IBC, the first-of-its-kind cross-chain explorer to inspect IBC transactions, by adding new features and improving its overall performance.

WenChang Chain Has Supported the Soft Launch of the BSN-DDC Infrastructure
On January 25th, BSN-DDC Network, an infrastructure dedicated to NFT adoptions in China, was soft-launched with eight platform operators and seven OPBs.
As one of the first-batch BSN OPBs, WenChang Chain was built by Bianjie on the basis of IRITA, a Cosmos Enterprise product powered by Cosmos/IRISnet techs. With the best features inherited from both the public chain and the consortium chain, WenChang Chain has injected robust NFT capacities to BSN-DDC Network, and will continue to support this platform with more NFT use cases in the future.
WenChang Chain Has Rolled Out a Batch of New NFT Use Cases
Lately, a batch of new NFT use cases has landed on WenChang Chain, one of the first BSN OPBs built on the basis of IRITA and powered by Cosmos/IRISnet innovative techs.
These new-born NFT implementations mark an explosion in the IRISnet NFT ecosystem, and will take us one step closer to the enchanted Metaverse.

IRISnet Commits to Move Toward More Decentralized Cross-Chain Interoperability Through IBC/TIBC, Sunsetting Gateway Between IRIS Hub and Binance Chain
On January 28th, IRISnet announced that it will phase out the token transfer gateway service between IRIS Hub and Binance Chain before April 1st, 2022; future cross-chain interoperability between IRIS Hub and other blockchains will be implemented over the IBC/TIBC protocol. As a result, functions based on IRIS Hub gateway services in Rainbow and other wallets will become unavailable during this transition period. For the detailed schedule please refer to the official notice.
This iteration is to fit the changing needs in the fast-growing Cosmos ecosystem, and will considerably improve the cross-chain user experience.
The Web Version of Uptick NFT Marketplace Was Launched
On January 18th, the Uptick NFT Marketplace Web version was officially launched, making NFT browsing and trading more convenient. This release marked another milestone following the release of its mobile app in March 2021.
Cosmostation Mobile App Integrated the NFT Management Feature and Has Supported IRISnet NFT Ecosystem
On January 18th, Cosmostation introduced the new NFT management feature on the Cosmostation mobile wallet and has initially supported IRISnet.
Stakely Has Added the IRISnet Faucet
On February 9th, Stakely announced that it has added a new faucet for IRISnet in its Multicoin Faucet, providing IRIS Hub users with convenient and free resources for cross-chain services.

The 10th Execution | Eco-development Funds Community Management Plan
In April 2021, the IRIS Foundation launched a new Ecosystem Development Program, which included the Eco-Development Funds Community Management Plan. The Foundation will undelegate about 300 million IRIS gradually, and then transfer these assets into the Community Pool in batches.
Through on-chain governance proposal submission, every community member can co-manage all assets in the community pool for the purpose of enhancing the ecosystem.

IRISnet Has Co-organized the Cosmos Chinese New Year Treasure Hunt Event & Distributed 20 Limited Edition NFTs to IRISnet Sub-task Winners
The Cosmos Chinese New Year Treasure Hunt Event, co-organized by Cosmos China, IRISnet, Injective, Regen Network, Secret Network, Kysen Pool, Akash Network, and Kava China, was open from January 25 to January 28. This event included 7 sub-tasks stipulated by 7 projects respectively, in order to allow participants to discover the diverse interchain experience across the Cosmos ecosystem.
20 limited edition Year-of-the-Tiger NFTs were granted to IRISnet sub-task winners. The NFTs are linked to privileges & rewards to be unlocked on March 1st, the 3rd anniversary of IRISnet.
